So I originally gave a negative review due to my pick developing a crack and falling apart, however after having the pleasure of dealing with Shoshin's customer service, they deserve the best. They reached out to me and stated it was due to shipping and their old packaging. They since sent me a new pick free of charge in a hard box and it plays like a dream. Thanks again!:)
